Bed bugs

Bed bugs ear today gone tomorrow Did they only attack your ear or were you bitten all over. There has been alot written about bed bug infestations this year on this forum is it increasing I wonder? They are easily carried from one accommodation to another you never seem to hear of infestations in hotels as much or am I totally wrong in that assumption

I have never had bed bugs on the Camino but a few years back a few of us were infested with BB in the building where I live. Yet although my mattress showed all the signs of bb infestation I never had any signs of bites. That might be the possibility of my unique immune system. I never had childhood diseases and am immuned to chicken px and measles.
