It was not recommended to walk the Napoleon on that day. Forecasted heavy winds and rain. But it was an amazing walk to Roncesvalles. Clouds dashing over the Pyrenees, little to no rain, some sun and an experience I will not forget in my life.

Most pilgrims decided to walk via Valcarlos that day.
