Dawn at Puerto de Ulla

I am planning to do the final section of the VdlP from Ourense in May next year.
Can anybody recommend a route for 5 days of walking doing 20-25 km per day?
I am thinking of Ourense>Cea>Lalin>Requengo>Puerto de Ulla>SdC but would welcome any comments/tips for alternatives etc
Also, does anybody know of a taxi firm or suchlike who do luggage transfers?
We are going to be walking with my 86 year old father so want to lighten the load a bit for him!
