Hello, I only wish I knew. The bike was unattended when we arrived at Finisterre. I agree with you, someone had to be pretty creative to customize a bike like that.

Wow - this must be the cycle version of the hydrid car - petrol and electric engined. the person on the front does the steering - very interesting, but the person on the back acts as a break - getting all the wind! Also agree - it had to be home made.
