Many uses of Duct Tape on the Camino

My trick for keeping away blisters! :-)

http://caminoconcierge.com
Duct tape was better, for it's preventative for much larger areas. Its a trick we use here in the US for those who ski and use inside our boots. I brought lots of duct tape and people were borrowing some all along the Camino for various reasons (ie. broken pack, etc.)
Moleskin and Compeed is more for directive for specific hot spots. I used that too when needed.

wow, that even looks attractive... I wandering whether it would be hard to get it off and all that glue hard to remove... But oh well, if it does the job that is what really count at the end.

Buen Camino

I'd think BEFORE. Imagine it'd be very painful to peel the tape off a hot spot or blister.
