Pyrenee Emergency Hut in August - Used lately?

This is why the Napoleon route is now closed -no exceptions- from October to beginning of April.

So is this the Mountain Hut marked on the Brierley map 1, between the Cruceiro and the Frontera-Fuente. (I have not walked the Napoleon - the weather in early May 2017 was most adverse.) Cheers
