According to the Rome2Rio website there is a daily bus at 11.25 a.m from Langogne to Le Puy operated by the SNCF i.e French Railways.

I checked the SNCF website the bus leaves at 11.10 a.m and there is also another in the afternoon leaving just after 4 p.m,4.09.
