Time of past OR future Camino
Planning to walk the Camino Frances mid May 2018
Will be arriving at Madrid airport May 16 and as staying several more months in Europe post Camino will have a medium size suitcase in addition to my pack. Read that there is a post office at the airport. Want to get my suitcase glad-wrapped and then send straight from the airport post office. Does anybody know whether they have size limits? Eg only cartons up to a size? Suitcase won’t fit in a box.

The 9th edition the Lightfoot Guide will let you complete the journey your way.
From my experience, if your suitcase is all ready to go for shipment, the Madrid airport post office will be able to take it and ship it. If you need packaging in order to mail it, then you'll need to obtain a suitable shipping box elsewhere; what they have for that purpose is not going to be large enough.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Thanks. If can’t fit in box should be wrapped w foil which should be good. Will see whether I can contact correos

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
