Train from Madrid directly to Sarria

I will be walking from Sarria to Santiago early Oct. I have heard that there is a direct train from Madrid to Sarria - has anyone taken this route. Advice would be VERY much appreciated

RENFE's website shows a train from Madrid Chamartin leaving 12:20 arriving Sarria 18:32?

Last fall my niece took the "Trenhotel" overnight train from Madrid to Sarria to meet me. She enjoyed it very much. It arrived at 7 AM, we had breakfast and then walked!

Renfe provides trenhotel from Madrid to Ferrol with stop at Sarria. 2230 - 0650 daily.
