Is it possible to hire a car for a day to get from San Sebastián to Najera

Where are you traveling from?

Does it make sense to change your ticket from Biarritz to Bilbao or Madrid?

San Sebastian Airport is located 3 km from Irun Renfe Station (or 3.5 from PESA bus stop) There are car rental agencies there.
