Heart Way Pilgrim House Reopening?

Does anyone know if Heart Way Pilgrim House will be reopening in Vila Verde? If so, when?

Gronz shows it as closed, and their Facebook links appear not to work.

Don’t know but I enjoyed staying there on my 2020 CP so hopefully it reopens soon.

I texted them by WhatsApp 2 days ago, and asked if I could stay there September 2022, and the reply was, "Sorry, we have closed."

I got the same message when I contacted them in May. I let Gronze know, and they may remove the listing. I stayed a little further on at Quinta dos Templarios, a pleasant tourist oriented house with a restaurant close by on the N110 for dinner. It is a little expensive, but I wasn't keen on pushing on much further that day.
