Any?

Advice for the young one. Do not walk faster than the seniors, in fact walk slower. Stop at the bars for a bit before catching up.

  1. Learn to use the search functions. There is a search box and tag cloud, depending on your preference. It might not be the greatest search function around, but it will get you results.
  2. Ask specific questions. Once you have searched the forum, you still might not have the information that you are looking for.
  3. There is a mathematical truism here that if n=the number of members responding, the minimum number of different opinions will equal n+1. Don't expect certainty, but a range of advice.
  4. Generally, it only takes five or six responses to get a pretty good understanding of any options. After that, there might be some useful additions, but expect that things will start to repeat as members share their personal experiences.
