NCS (Nunca Camina Solo) baggage transfer was great and responsive between Logroño and Ponferrada. However, wanted to send a heads up regarding the partner from Ponferrada onwards. They have neglected to pick up a reserved bag at Portomarin (and later delivered it by taxi when the hotel staff at our next stop called them). However, when I reached out to voice my concerns about next day pickup via WhatsApp they did not reply and we lost confidence in them. Going with a different company onwards.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-

Used NCS from Zubiri to SC last April May. Had no problems at all and found staff super helpful, friendly and good humoured.

Wow! A shame...
Used them throughout all of my Francés May-June 22 from Roncesvalles all the way to SdC with no issues one so ever. Any communications via WhatsApp was answered promptly.
The only difference I see is that here it was a "reserved" bag whereas mine were all on daily basis meaning NCS picked it "today" at the same albergue they dropped "yesterday"
Perhaps just a fluke?
In any case good luck and Buen Camino

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Thank you. I’d like to think it was a fluke too and hope the others have smooth sailing. We were also booking on daily basis.
