Hello ,
this is my first camino and I am really excited about it...I will arrive in SPDP on the 8 of October and I plan to start the camino on the 9 October morning.Are there other pilgrims starting the camino on the same day?Looking forward for this expeirence and Buen Camino for all of us !!

the calendar says no, however many do not use the calendar.
The vast Majority do not use forums so there will be people there leaving same day.

I know of a few not on any forums who are leaving the day after you ..

My friend and I will be leaving the same day. We are only going as far as Valcarlos the first day. Looking forward to meeting you! Just look for the two old ladies!

Hi, Ioana, My husband and I start from SJPP on the 7th, but also only as far as Valcarlos. If you go straight through to Roncesvalles, perhaps we will meet on the 8th. I think there will be plenty of pilgrims for all of us to meet, talk with, walk with. Buen Camino!!
