Hi All,

I was wondering if it's possible for me to catch a train at Zaragoza Delicias at 9:34, if my plane arrives at the Zaragoza Airport at 8:10 ? I saw that there are buses from the Airport to Zaragoza and one of the stops is Delicias station and that it is 10 km away from the airport, just not sure how frequent the buses are from the Airport into Zaragoza? I wanted to buy the ticket for the 9:34 train, but what if I can't get there in time, would I be able to use that ticket for the later train at 11:30 ? Is it cheaper to but the ticket in advance or same price if I buy it there ?

Thanks ever so much!

Tunde

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Transport luggage-passengers.

It depends.

The cheapest fares are usually take-or-pay. If you miss the train, you lose your money. Ticket discounts for buying in advance can be substantial. At the station you probably will pay the full normal fare, but sometimes specials are in effect. Buying a refundable ticket in advance may split the difference in cost. It won't be the lowest fare, but it will have flexibility. The Renfe site has all the conditions for exchanging tickets, so look them up.

Worst case scenario there is a taxi. Some years ago I took a taxi from Zaragoza airport to Delicias. Same price as from Santiago airport to centre.
Zaragoza has a small airport that is easy to navigate.

" There is bus service between the airport and the city centre. The journey takes between 20-30 minutes and a single ticket cost €1.70.
Operating hours are: from Mondays to Saturdays, from Zaragoza, between 5:30am and 10:30pm, and from airport, between 6:15am and 11:15pm, buses depart every half an hour. On Sundays, buses depart every hour.

Is there a list of albergues that also have private rooms on the Camino Frances? Gracias.
Hi everyone -- After walking the Frances from SJpdP last October, I'm planning to revisit the bit between Logrono and Burgos this July, following different stages. It's the section where I had...

And another attempt looms, to buy a decent Poncho after trying and failing in the previous two likely towns. Anyone know where an Altos or similar might be bought in Leon, please? 😁
