I completed the Frances July 2017. Along the way, I met and lost touch with Rinske from Holland. I'm looking for options to locate pilgrims who completed the Frances during the first or second week of July 2017. Thanks.

There really are not any except camino-related forums and Facebook. The records of albergues and the Pilgrim Office are not open.
