Portugues Route staring from Lagos or Frao

My wife and I have completed several Caminos over the past 3 years, (Frances, Fisterra, Norte, VDLP and Inglis) and are starting to plan the Portugues Route in May / June 2019.
One of our Camino trail maps shows the Camino Portugues trail starting from Lagos and Frao in the Algarve, however, we are finding it very difficult find information about the Route from the Algarve to Lisbon. (Lots of information from Lisbon to Santiago).
We have typically stayed in private rooms in our past Caminos, (Casa Rurals, Pensions, Hostals, etc).
The type of information we are looking for is:
- Is the trail from Lagos or Frao to Lisbon well marked?
- is it mostly walking paths, or is there a lot of highway roadside walking?
- Is there a trail map available, (paper, or, preferably downloadable), showing the route, towns, available services, accommodation, etc?
Would love to hear from anyone who has walked this way recently, or can direct us to some information online.
Thanks and Buen Camino.

Hi Jill Thank you for the thread, we will give it a look. For your information, I have attached a photo of the Camino Trail map that shows all the Caminos in Europe. As pointed out with the pen and pencil, it appears that there is a Camino trail from Lagos and Faro, to Lisbon548BC49F-1679-4C76-89EC-C189D23A7B0A.jpeg

That also makes it look like you have to take a bit of a boat ride between Lagos and Odemira. :)
