We're walking from Bayonne to SJPdP from 26 to 30 April.
We're trying to keep our stages short:
Sunday, 26 April 2020, Bayonne to Ustaritz, 15km, staying at Chambres d'Hôtes Ene Gutizia
Monday, 27 April 2020, Ustaritz to Louhossoa, 16km, staying at Chambre d’hôtes Chalbonia (we couldn't find a lodging at or near Macaye)
Tuesday, 28 April 2020, Louhossoa to Hélette, 12km, staying at Gîte d’étape « Pausa lekua »
Wednesday, 29 April 2020, Hélette to Irissarry, 8km, still trying to find accommodation
Thursday, 30 April 2020 Irissarry to SJPdP, 16km
We'll be then doing a week volunteering at the Accueil des Pèlerins in SJPdP from 4 to 11 May.
Looking forward to walking through the Pays Basque again.

In Irissarry in 2019, we stayed at: Chambres d'Hôtes - Aire Berria, www.aireberria.com. It’s less than a half mile from the village. Truly wonderful stay with spacious rooms (ours had a deep tub!), wonderful hosts, and delicious food. Proprietor is the grandson of the town doctor who owned the house in the early 1900s, so it’s well cared-for and has a very family vide to it. HIGHLY recommended.

Thank you @Vacajoe !
As I read your message, I have just received a confirmation from the chambre d'hôtes Herriesta, which is on the way just after the village.
When I first looked at Aire Berria, I was under the impression that they rented on a weekly basis. I'll know for next time (as we're likely to volunteer at SJPdP in future years).
