    Thin silk liner and an inexpensive down blanket that I got off of Amazon. Very flexible and light.

    I stayed at Borda and then Burgette. I don't regret it one bit. As others have stated, it's all in your mind. No matter which you choose, you will love it.

    shoes for narrow feet

    Sportiva trail runners have a narrow fit. One definitely needs a size larger than usual. I had no blisters walking the CF from St Jean this spring.
