    We stayed there two weeks ago. No complaints staff efficient and helpful, went for evening prayers with the nuns who were warm and friendly. As in any city extra care of procession is necessary

    This is a beautiful and interesting walk that we done a couple of years ago. Paths and markings are good and plenty of accommodation along the way. Another enjoyable walk in this area is St Cuthberts Way. It goes from Melrose in the Scottish Borders to Holy Island Northumberland
