The sealant comes in standard one-tyre bottles. You deflate the tyre, remove the valve by unscrewing it, and squirt the sealant in. Really easy.

SBeen raining between Zubiri and Pamplona. Thunder and lightening with hail this afternoon (the 19th). The already difficult last few kms into Zubiri (after the food truck) was brutal. Did not take any falls but came damn close several times.
