If I was making that journey I would take a bus from Logroño to Donostia/San Sebastian or Bilbao, the Euskotren light railway service to Hendaye, then a local TER train to Biarritz. As far as I know there is no direct service.

If you only have 10 days walking and want to arrive at Santiago de Compostela to obtain the Compostela, you need to start no farther away than Ponferrada. I believe there are trains from Barcelona that stop there as well.
