You can buy vitamins in Spain. Also there's plenty of multivitamin tablets that are tiny. In conjunction with a balanced diet, how bad could it be? If you're not happy with those alternatives, i guess there's no other option thsn to carry them...

Spanish tiendas and supermercados DO have plastic bags. I believe they charge €0.05 per bag. To avoid this, and to use as a "possibles" bag, I have used a near-identical item for the past decade...

I've walked 35k a couple of times and I had a "walker's low" cuz I was dragging.😅 Now, quite a few years later I drag after only about 25k and I prefer to break up stages when possible to 20k.🙄

Norte 2023 was the first time I actually put some training into Camino. I walked a lot of stairs at home, a lot. First week in Spain was mountains and mud. After that it was pratically all asphalt. I took as many coastline alternatives as I could.:

Correos was a big suitcase before, this year it has changed, even the weight. If you want to make something else of it...

Have a look at Correos: only backpack and cabin suitcase 15kg max. Max 60km between 2 points. I didn't checked other companies. Buen Camino 🤞🍀
