Where have you looked? Have you contacted places directly, or only looked on booking sites?
I have booked my other stay so I can not plan my trip another time. It’s like the wild West here right now - every night people are looking for beds and every night people are being turned away People are showing up without reservations and they’re being turned away in SJPP, Orrison, Borda, and Roncesvalles , and then Zubiri,
What should you do? If you can’t find beds, you should plan your trip for another time. That’s what I would do.
You are right! The municipal albergue does not accept reservations. First come, first served. So there may be beds there on the day. When the beds there are full then a sports hall has been made available for people to sleep on the floor. Not everyone's first choice but better than sleeping outdoors.
I found I couldn't make any reservation in SJPP in the coming days. They are fully booked. I can't find even a single bed. What should I do? Is there anybody has a same situation?
Arrive in SJPP. Go to the Pilgrims Office (Bureau d'accueil des pèlerins). Even on days with the highest influx of pilgrims they have found and/or organised a place to sleep for every single person who came to them and asked for assistance with finding accommodation for the night. On every day in May in every year. This, obviously, includes shared dormitories and mats in a sportshall or similar.I have booked my other stay so I can not plan my trip another time.
It is good that you have booked your other [subsequent] stay.I have booked my other stay so I can not plan my trip another time.
I am not at all in your situation. I am sorry for your distress. I have no idea when or how you hope to reach Roncesvalles. When you get there (I see you are from a Spanish city, at least on the forum description) so you should know enough to get you by taxi to the next option along the route.I found I couldn't make any reservation in SJPP in the coming days. By the way, if there is no bed for you, step in to the village - it is a small place! - and then move on! There are other options. Burguete is not even 3km further on. Espinal is about 6km further on. You are less than 40km from Pamplona, and there are some more options along the way.
And you do not even HAVE to begin in Roncesvalles. Begin where you find a bed.
After all that, roughly one third of beds are available without booking, in Roncesvalles. Does that console you? I hope so, truly.
You are right!

This is on the Camino between Saint Jean Pied de Port and Orisson
I do hope you shall find a place. In my opinion, booking beds ahead is killing the Camino. It's a tourists jaunt now. People staring at their phone apps simply to book the next evening. No adventure, no surprises. Taking on the unknown can be very rewarding. A selfish atitude is descending upon the Camino. I believe booking.com take a commission as well.
