    Trail Runners on the asphalt.

    What type of Trail Runners with rigid soles do you recommend. I did my last Caminos with boots, looking for something lighter next time. Thinking of the Camino Del Norte and it seems there is a lot of asphalt walking on that one.

    About 20 years ago my sister visited Portugal as a tourist and at that time she has no trouble finding Portuguese people who spoke French since it was taught in most schools. I wonder if it is still true or has English taking over.

    3 weeks where to start?

    We are planning to walk the Camino Portuguese this April or maybe this Fall, we have three weeks available where should we start? We plan on walking about 20 km a day, but no more than 25 km until we reach Santiago! Should we land in Lisbon or Porto?
