    I believe that most pilgrims do care. Lots of us might have different views and ideas but overall most of us try to do our best and behave well. When rules are explained in a positive and constructive manner people will take notice. Call me a softie :).

    Where do ( did ) you walk locally in 2024?

    Today 13k in the muddiest of the most possible mud. I fell , though luckily without any harm, only a bruised ego. It was falling in a big puddle or falling in a streaming brook. Still not sure what was the worst option 😊. I chose the puddle. Afterwards a nice Orval and I was happy again.

    My post was a tongue in cheek answer to @pjacobi. Enjoy your Camino but @CWBuff is right. The Camino is no fluffy Disneyland but overall you will meet wellmeaning people with time to time some lesser nice encounters. Bit like life itself ;) .
