    I hear you! Six weeks out that’s what I thought but now it’s less than 4 weeks & still nothing. I bought a late afternoon ticket that can be changed hoping something opens up! 🤷‍♀️

    When I was there Sept 2021, they had a washing machine. They did not have any charge listed so I just left a few extra euros in the box.

    Castro Dozon closed

    I just came through there early this month. The Albergue is closed but the guy that runs the bar is also the taxi driver. He took us to Taberna do Vento in Botos. You can then taxi back to cover those missed K’s. Last year he took a friend of mine from there to Silleda.

    Just an observation for those on or headed to the Via de la Plata or Sanabres. We spent 5 days from Salamanca to Montamarta just past Zamora (doing short stages).     We got here today & yes, the Plaza Mayor is only 15 - 20 minutes walking from the bus station. The hotel doesn’t just jump out at you but we finally found it. Thanks for your input!

    Thanks. I did look it up on google maps but I wasn't sure about which bus station we would arrive. It was pretty straight forward & only said about 16 minutes. We are staying at Hospedium Plaza Mayor.
