    Caminha to Tui link

Than you. What you suggest is what we are planning to do. A number of fellow pilgrims have suggested a similar option.

    Caminha to Tui link

Thank you for your feedback. Based on this plus other comments I have decided to split the stage in 2 and will most definitely take provisions with me. Today's taxi is the equivalent of a donkey in medieval times.😁

    Caminha to Tui link

I'm planning to cross over from the Coastal to Central Camino at Caminha. I would appreciate any comments relating to this route from pilgrims that have done it. Is it better to split into two stages - Caminha to Vila Nova de Cerveira and from there to Tui? Is the route well marked? Is there a...

    Descent into Molinaseca

I walked the CF in 2022 and found the descent into Molinaseca after Alto Altar extremely challenging - in fact, it nearly broke me. On 5 May I return for my 2nd CF and would like to know how others tackled this descent. Are there alternative ways down?

    Men's grooming

Yes, trimmers, razors, shaving soap etc. all weigh and add to my overall bag weight. Asking the question was to find out how others deal with this issue.

    Men's grooming

How do pilgrims (male) manage their hair and beards while on their Camino? Carry a hair trimmer, razor etc. or use local barbers. I cannot grow a beard and need to keep my hair short for my skin type

Jet Lag After Flying Direct from Australia to Paris for Camino Starting in St Jean

I'm planning my 2nd Camino starting in May. My plan is to fly direct (via Singapore) to Paris arriving at 7.30am and then onto St Jean on the same day. Overnight in St Jean and start walking the next day to Orisson. I'd be interested to hear from pilgrims that have done this and how jet-lag...
