Hospitales route and Penaseita albergue
I was wondering if anyone knew if the albergue at Penaseita is still open as I'm considering doubling back to it if I do the hospitals route over the mountains? Is there any other accommodation before Berducedo? Many thanks, Michael- comboyneperegrino

Gondan and Miraz - any food?
Wondering if anyone has been through these albergues recently and know what food/cages are available? I know Gondan is 2 km from town so more walking for my supper but wondered if any faces were now at Miraz? Many thanks Michael- comboyneperegrino
