Walked from Castorjeriz yesterday 4/27/13 to Boadilla rather than going on to Fromista due to bad weather. It was so cold my husband said it is sleet. By the time we reached Boadilla around 2p.m. bad weather caught up with us and started snowing.

I have often wondered about this topic of relieving the urge on the camino. So I thought I would try a poncho and hope it works. Grew up on an island so roughing it is not a problem if needed. Any comments from those who may have used the poncho is much appreciated. Btw, all the posts on this...
