    Is the Camino too crowded?

    September is a busy month on the Camino - as is May. If you can choose a less popular month it will be less crowded. This year I walked from Pamplona to Santiago starting March 10 and has zero issues with overcrowding or overbooking.

    Wow that’s the spirit! Keep on soaking in every day!!!! When mom and I went through Castrojeriz and Frómista in March we had snow, sleet and powerful winds but even still there was much beauty to be found in every day! Buen camino!
