I also have friends who dont understand why I want to do these walks. The
walks are hard sometimes but so amazing!! I found that provided you go at your own speed...whatever that is..you will be fine. I met an 80 year old French woman who was doing it well!! Dont rush..make sure you give...
I agree that Camino Frances is the way to go first. I walked it two years ago and going back at the end of April to walk from Le Puy to St Jean Pied de Port. Im excited!
