    It swings lots of times but the times are not announced. The only guaranteed time is a Friday evening - apart from main feast days when it is used at the beginning of the Mass.

    Yes - they only take them if parcelled up or in one of the boxes they sell. Also be careful as they Post Office in Santiago will only keep the package for 15 days. It might be best to post it to Ivar.
