I have a bad knee and have to be very careful about walking both up and down hills, mostly down, would the Central route be much different than the Litoral route? Where is the last place to change over to the Central from the Litoral? I leave Canada on June 9th.
Camino delayed, again, maybe until next year due to an accident. I tripped walking down some stairs and tore all the tendons on my left knee, surgery is scheduled for today, rehab will be a couple of months. Very disappointed.
Plans have changed from a May Camino to a late August Camino with a long-time friend and business partner who has never done a Camino. We plan on leaving on August 30 and being gone for about four weeks starting at or near Burgos.
You'll meet a lot of great people from all walks of life. I found when I joined in communal dinners at albergues were some of my best memories. Put yourself out there and you'll never regret it.
