Ola,
I am from Halifax, Canada and will be walking the Camino for the first time with a friend from British Columbia. After spending a few days in Madrid & Leon, we will be walking Leon to Finisterre beginning on the 14th of April. Thank you so much for all of the very helpful information and advice on this Forum - it has been an amazing resource in planning our trip.

Quite a coincidence...I am from Halifax and begin walking with my brother on the 14 th. we are starting in SJPP. Buen Camino.

That is a coincidence Maggie! I don't believe that we will ever cross paths on the Camino - we will be slow but hopefully not so slow that we would see you in Santiago! Would love to discuss any of your training routes in Halifax Buen Camino!

Today we walked from Hospital de Orbigo to Astorga, one of our shorter days, and walked through several snow squalls! Beautiful sunny skies most of the time and it's been great.
