Too many and too often!
This morning a very useful link was posted to the Ohenro San Facebook group. A 16 page introductory guide to the Shikoku 88 temple circuit with special emphasis on the history of the pilgrimage. Some information about the customs of the pilgrimage such as distinctive clothing and temple prayers. Available in PDF form in Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, German and French. I've put the link for the English language version here separately. Thanks to David Moreton for posting the link.

Il Cammino del Giappone: Shikoku e gli 88 templi

is an excellent book by Luigi Gatti, who has also walked several of the Spanish Caminos. It is available at present only in Italian, but I understand that translations are planned. It is available on Amazon in paperback and in a Kindle edition.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.
