According to Gronze the albergues Ultreia and Rosalia in Castrojeriz both issue credencials.

You’re past Viana & Logroño, but for other readers, shortly after crossing the Puente Piedra in Logroño is Albergue Santiago Apóstol and in the next block another albergue, and then a “friends of camino” office which probably offers them. If it has moved, surely someone in an albergue would know where.
The Municipal in Viana has them. And I bought one in Burgos, but unfortunately, I can’t recall where.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Thank you for all the replies. I was able to obtain additional credential at Tourism office in Carrion.
