LIVE from the Camino Albergue de Bruma closed 'temporarily'?

The albergue was open yesterday, June 4, but closed today 'for maintenance'. I could not find out why. Pilgrims should check with the owners and other walkers, as there is no nearby alternative except Meson Novo and Hotel Canaima at Meson do Vento. When Bruma overflows they use the sports hall. Maybe that is available?

I've just spoken with friends in Mesón do Vento. The Albergue at Bruma has closed today for fumigation. They think it may remain closed one more day. As far as I know the sports hall is in operation - waiting on further information.
