Thank you to all who contribute to this forum. Your knowledge and ability to pass it along to others is fantastic. But I was so impressed with responses to Wayfarer on his sudden camino halt and to the sister of the Missing pilgrim. Such caring and kindness really helps my belief in my fellow man.

I have always tried to live my life by the golden rule and it is so good to see that so many others try to do the same.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
The Golden rule makes so much sense especially if you believe what goes around comes around. Kindness and courtesy are contagious. You never know what kind of a day anyone has had, so by being kind you may well have made that persons day a better one. A kindness was shown to me today, and made me happy to be alive and well.

Thank you for that, Gailsie,
(although I'm not considering myself amazing at all :p)

but just want to add that maybe this forum is also a way for us to be a better person than we might be in our real lives (not saying that we're bad...), because when behind (in front of???) the computer screen we're kind of "switched-off" of the usuall daily life stuff.
Sometimes kind of a redemption perhaps? ;)

Have a nice day!
