An amazing PT in Pontevedra!

3 days ago, I developed a horrible shinsplint where I was barely walking--KT helped a little to get me through the day. So, I took a rest day and booked a nearby PT in pontevedra. Anna was able to fit me in-- so grateful! After massaging, manipulated and using blue light therapy, she wrapped my ankle/leg --which she said would last 4 days (what I need to get to Compestella.) https://www.fisiopontesan.es/

Yesterday, I started on the edge of pontevedra to make it a little shorter and I was able to walk the full 10 miles to caldas de reis with really no issues. I was careful and went a little slower, but it was so much better and still feels pretty good today! (here's hoping it takes me all the way in!)
ps. does anyone know the secret way to attach photos to a post--???

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

I have a line at the top of this box that begins with B and ends with what looks like a picture frame with picture of a mountain and sun in it. If you hover over that, it says "Insert image (Ctrl+P)", so click on that and away you go. I only just noticed the paper-clip and 'Attach files' in blue at the bottom of this box. Never noticed that before.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
