Incredible! Intimidating! I'm there in a mere 10 weeks!
Good luck, im there in late May, and a mixture of nervousness and excitement are starting to grip me. I'm still in the stress mode re getting the weight down on my Ruck Sack

Thanks. Just sent to a friend who wants to walk some on the camino, but only has a few days and wants to decide what part.

Yup! I'm a little over and haven't put together my medical/toiletry kit. But when I'm ready, I'll post everything and let everyone break it down for me....

Being rather nervous about the first stage, I especially like the way it makes the Pyrenees look like an anthill.

Not sure if this has been posted before, but I just ran across it and thought it was kinda neat...
That is brilliant. Planning to do the Camino next year for my 70th birthday. We want to do it over two months so we have time to soak up the history on the way. Looks like some amazing cathedrals to explore. Thanks.

Here (hopefully) is a kmz file showing key points along the Frances.
I think I picked it up two or three years ago from a German camino site.
Open it in Google Earth and you can spin it around and start out from SJPP and head west at your own speed clicking the left mouse button and "flicking" the mouse towards yourself.
If you can't download it from here let me know and I'll copy it to Dropbox or Google Drive.

regards to all
