The more I read about this route, the more I want to do it! Thanks to the link shared by @crackmrmac in another thread, I found this very recent guide on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1495342891/?tag=casaivar-21
It seems quite thorough, with walking notes, basic maps, accommodation and other useful information. It isn't the most 'visually pleasing' of guidebooks, but there's more than enough information in its 33 pages. It's also very light and a handy size.
