Any idea on what this is?

Time of past OR future Camino
(2017)
I found this in a box of converters for plug-ends but it certainly is not that. It looks like it might be a light or maybe one of those devices that emits a sound that keeps mosquitoes away? I don't even know where it came from.

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
The plug end looks like a UK plug to me, a friend has something similar to keep rats and mice away via the emitted sound. What does it do if you plug it in? SY

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
I'm with SY on this one. The plug end is a UK plug.
I think it sends high frequency sounds. Peter.

It is a foot massager. Work with it for a bit and you'll figure it out.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The mask Darth Vader wore as a baby? :D
(It's not a foot massager, btw!)

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
It's obviously a useless object

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc

Judging by the emitter icon I agree - not made in the UK though as there's no replaceable fuse. From Cyprus perhaps?
