Welcome @Richard Hiatt - you are doing well.

I can suggest however that when you reply to a thread, click on the "reply button," so that the person who wrote the post knows you are referring to them. Because, sometimes other posts come in between and then one cannot figure out to whom the reply belongs!!

Although you can create a response, as you have been doing, with starting the post by using the @ and name of person you are responding to: for example, @SimLin or @Richard Hiatt - you will notice a drop down window with names to click on...

Hope this helps! Enjoy the forum...it is been extremely valuable to me!
