Have been in Madrid all week during the record high temperatures and doing lots of sightseeing, I have been changing my socks several times a day. Usually like to wear wrightsocks but today I went with darn tough socks in the morning and afternoon. The first pair really felt uncomfortable and I think this is when it began! I think with a few days of care it will be ok. Back to my wrightsocks for my camino.

FYI,just before you go to sleep if you slice the blisters open to drain it and then apply TeaTree oil they'll dry out overnight! Be ready for a little sting tho;) then you'll be good to go in the morning!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
