Time of past OR future Camino
The English Way
Hi everybody. We started on the Camino Ingles two days ago from Ferrol. We are ' slow strollers' as we are in our 70's. We hit the albergue in Neda in the middle of a Bread Festival. Not conducive to a good nights sleep when the bar is outside your window. Walk to Pontedeume was very nice and more like what we expected the Camino to be. We are using our caravan as our base and are now having time off to recoup and restock.

Ideal pocket guides for during and after your Camino. Each weighs just 40g (1.4 oz).

great to see you are on your way. I hope that the sun shines on you all the way - we got a couple of good soakings. Slow but sure, and the final day is such a treat!

We have moved our caravan now to A Coruña. Two walking days out and we have made it to Sarandones returning by bus each day to our car. Different I know but we get our 2 selloseach day and we are having a great Camino. Couple of days rest now and then we carry on.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

Great to see how things are going. All the best for the rest of the camino. You will be so proud to walk into the Plaza at the Cathedral! It is a different entry point from the French Camino - yours will be coming to the square from the left side as you swing around to look at the Cathedral, and those on the French entry will be on your left, where the piper sits.

Thank you Kirkie. It's a rest day today. Santiago is within out grasp now. Maybe 4 more days on the road and we will walk into the square in Santiago and feel very proud indeed. Next day out in the ' up' section to Bruma.

Buen camino,

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
