Last September I completed my Camino Francés and have such fond memories of Burgos. My mates stayed in a tiny hotel suite while I chose the third floor of a church that was lovely (in the square). We were cold and we purchased tights for €6 euros so we could enjoy the bustle of the city at night. The cathedrals are stunning and I have many pictures as the sun was setting. I wish I had known about the river route as the industrial entry was long and boring. Buen Camino
