Bus from Logrono to Pamplona

Hi we are waiting at a bus stop at Legarda (1.5km from Urtega) to return to Pamplona. An Estrellesa bus was due here at 2.35pm but no joy! I have tried calling the Pamplona Bus Station and the call not going through No info Re same on the PLM website. Next bus not due til after 6pm.Any insights? Mercury retrograde!?

I thought PLM was bought out by Jimenez.

I always go into a bar to get information. A few times I have taken buses to connect from one camino to another or because of an illness and I check in the bar to make sure I know where the bus stop is and what time the bus is scheduled. It may be more difficult in a larger city but in small towns it never fails me. Sometimes I see people waiting. Their information is always excellent. For many it is their primary mode of transportation from one city to the next.
