Is there a Guide available which indicates Bars, cafes / restaurants on the Portugues de la Costa . Would be helpful to know how much water to carry between stages , if there is a lack of Refreshment places, en route.

walked the portuguese way (senda littoral). from porto, vila do conde via viana and redondela Jun 17
I didn't have much difficulty finding places to stop...some indicated on Google maps. Possibly the most tricky stretch was on the Baiona to Vigo stage after Prado. After taking too little water in my first couple of stages after Porto I settled on carrying a litre bottle with me everyday.
