Camino by Canadian Canoe

Hi

I'm from Ghent, Belgium
I'm trying to find out a good road to go to compostella by canoe
I found a guy from Oslo that did it, tried to find contact to get to know his route, but nobody seems to have his details.
Can anyone help me further to suggestive routes for a canoe, or cont&act details of the guy from Oslo?
